Uh-oh. We’re a bit concerned for Phil Spencer. His property search agency, Garrington, may or may not be going under. Apparently he’s had to lay off staff and if he can’t find a buyer, the company may collapse. Being avid Phil & Kirstie fans at the Primelocation.com offices, you can imagine our distress when we heard the news.

The good news is that Phil is apparently in Australia at the moment filming a new series for Channel 4 called Phil Down Under, so we’ll be seeing more of him on our screens soon. Although that doesn’t really help the eight staff in Garrington’s Chelsea office, whose salaries Phil has admitted to having personally funded for the last six months. Jeepers, what a guy.
